Question: I have severe ocd about semen. please advise how to be 100% sure that my urine was pure urine as I felt my urine slippery and went into depressive mode doubting why was it slippery. thanks

You have OCD about semen.

To be completely sure, I would suggest you to go for complete urine examination.
This will identify the medical causes of slippery urine, if any.

However, concentrated urine can also feel slippery sometimes. That is normal.
