What Causes Green Colored Stool?

Question : Docter today I have gone to tiolet and my stool is green. Yesterday I have not eaten any green food. Only drink blue flavoured drink. Can blue drink causes stool green.

There is nothing to worry as most of the time stool colour depends on our diet only. Green stool is a common stool color change. It may be due to bile pigment in the stool because sometime stool move quickly thorough the intestine so the chemical can't break down leading to greenish discoloration.

Since yesterday my stool normal and never green in my life as far as I remember. I read on Internet drinking blue coloured drink makes stool green. Yesterday afternoon I drank cool blue mixed with crushe'd ice.how long it will take stool to become normal today I have two time and both time green. I am little worried
