                                    Brief Answer:
different probabilities
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Greyish stool is not related to the current drugs which you are taking. But doxycycline can cause pseudomembranous colitis which is associated with foul smell and profuse loose stools with pain abdomen.
If there are these symptoms then you should get stool sample tested for Clostridium difficile toxin.
If no such symptoms then the dark color may be due to blood in stool and a stool sample for blood in stool should be tested.
If that too not the case then dark stool indicates dehydrated state and take lots of household liquids and soups and fruits to help it out.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
