Question : coughing up green phlem every morning, mild sore throat.

I had pneumonia about 3 months ago. Treated with antibiotics

I have gone carefully through your query. The greenish colour of phlegm could be due to a normal process of rhinitis or could be due to bacterial infection with certain organisms like Pseudomonas. I would insist you to upload an image of the color of phlegm and I would guide you accordingly.

I would insist you to take steam inhalation. The water vapor will reach deep inside and will help in diluting the phlegm. You also need to gurgle with lukewarm water in order to ease your sore throat.
