What Causes Greyish Layer On The Penis Head?

Question: Hi doctor, I am an uncut 23-year-old male. I noticed when I pulled the foreskin back, there is a layer of greyish things covered the tip of my penis head the rest of the penis head looks normal( pink/read)should i be worried?

Greyish deposits on the glans penis tip of the penis is a normal thick mucus secreted by mucus secreting glans located in glans penis.This mucus is important factor that keeps the glans moist and prevents from getting dry and scaly from the friction against the inner wares and atmospheric temperature .

There is nothing to be worried about it nor requires any treatment .

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily .
