Brief Answer:
Grinding of teeth may be normal. Need not worry about it.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Grinding of teeth, also known as bruxism, is a condition that is seen in many children. It is a harmless condition and has no direct linkages to any disease. Some people relate it to conditions like worm infestation but no definite clinical correlation has been found. Still, since yearly deworming is often suggested in children, you may give a single dose of Syrup Bandy (Albendazole) 10 ml at night may be given. It is otherwise normal and not a cause to worry about.

Many children can be fussy eaters. There are no short cuts to make her eat. The only solution would be to coax the child to eat. Try to identify regular food items of choice and try to lure the child with them. Try out variations.
