Question : I have been having grit in my mouth and I brush and floss and use mouth wash.
I have had 5 major surges on my face starting at age 7 in 1965. They were performed by Dr. XXXXXXX O. ding man MD. who was a plastic surgeon. He was top in his field and he has passed away. I do not know if I should visit plastic surgery at Vanderbelit. I was told to go to a Doctor XXXXXXX who is head of plastic surgery there. I am not sure what to do and what is causing this problem. my email is YYYY@YYYY

In my view, you should go ahead with Doctor Kelly's appointment, the head of plastic surgery there.

Since you have undergone 5 major surgeries, there might be a possibility of change in anatomy of the facial structures. The plastic surgeon can confirm the same on detailed physical examination of your face and the mouth.
