Brief Answer:
Likely due to medicines side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, misoprostol can induce smooth muscle movements and such movements in pelvic smooth muscles can radiate to groin pains.

Metronidazole can rarely cause neuropathic tingling, parasthesi or pains of lower limbs but such incidences are very rare. Kindly discuss with your primary doctor about the risks vs benefits to use with these symptoms.

Also post surgery prolonged bed rest can lead to muscle cramps on initial mobility. Improve your diet with good calorie and protien intake in recovery period. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used for symptomatic relief.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
