For throat pains it is the last thing that still i have. its also reduced with turmeric powder and honey . but i am taking only one time a day. should i increase the dose? or i should take some medicine for speedy recovery? the same location changing pains i have. now at this time i have a dull pain in left side of jaw ending area near ear. feels like something slightly swollen under jaw. kindly suggest something.

Brief Answer:
Minor submandibular inflammation in recovery, add clove use to your basket

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome dear nice to hear about your well being , keep it up .

* Groin pain has now vanished almost , take out your total concentration from
that area .
* Suggestions for throat ( seems mostly very minor subamandibular
inflammation which is in recovery phase )

- No extra medicines at all required .
- Take turmeric powder and honey both morning and evening daily .
- Add Clove for still speedy recovery ( dry clove to be kept in mouth till it
dissolve twice a day whenever you are free or can drink clove tea once a day)

Clove helps your throat through its various levels of actions :
* Contains eugenol ( essential oil ) beneficial for health
* Rubefacient ( soothing , warming )
* Anti microbial fighting against susceptible oral pathogens
* Anesthetic action at local part
* Immune system supporter

Hope this will definitely help you .
Regards .
