Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have gross hematuria very recently.

Gross hematuria at this age could be due to one of the following factors.
1) Infection
2) Enlarged Prostate
3) Malignant lesion either in Kidney,Bladder or Prostate .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis..
1) Urine routine and culture.
2)Ultrasound scanning of abdomen
3) C.T Scan of the urinary system.
4) Blood test like Serum P.S.A.Renal function tests.
5) He may ask for endoscopic examination of Bladder.(Cystoscopy).

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis,
