I am 17 years old/female finished my high school(Class 12) now.
I have been having hair fall and my hair also has become thin.
I have been advised to use anastim lotion and i am also undergoing mesoscalp treatment.I have dandruff and and now i am using tarry shine shampoo also.I have acne also and i become tired easily, i am overweight ( Height 149 cm wt.62kg) , and I sleep a lot.
Am I being given the correct advice? Will these help me regain thick and bouncy hair which I used to have a couple of years back?Or please give me the correct advice.
PS. I am aneamic and I am taking iron pills.
