1 What is the status of hair fall? - Hair fall only happens when I wash hair with mild shampoo and let it dry with some usage of less pressurized hand dryness of hair, around 9-12 hair fall that way.
2 Have you noticed any thinning of hair? - I did not observe any noticeable change though but I can still feel the susbtantial thinning happening in the middle not much in the front
3 Have you noticed Growth of new hair follicles? Not visible by naked eyes in the front
4 Is there anything other noticeable with respect to medicine? No

loss of 30 hairs/day or upto 15 hair/ pull is considered to be normal hair loss.
It can also be reduced by using right shampoo or soap.
new hair growth can not be easily noticed. You have to make a comparative analysis of earlier and current photographs.
You have a mentioned that there is no thinning of hair is reduced and that is a good sign. gradually hair are nourished and come to normal and natural growth pattern.
I will get back to you regarding the next course of medication once i will see the pictures.
Please mention the changes you have observed after the medication so that we can better understand the response of medication.

I have compared the images with your previous pictures.
There are new hair growth are clearly observed on front portion hair are thin but will be replaced by regular hair after some time, But there is no sign of new growth in mid vertex.
once your thin hair are replaced by thick and healthy hair you can observe remarkable change in hair growth pattern
I advice you to follow the same line of treatment for next 45-60 days followed by reporting for the same.
