Question : I m 31 year old and there is no genetic concern but from last 3mmm year i m facing hair fall issue till time i have lost so while i never goes under tretment so plz suggest while i never goesunder tretment plz share some effective medication for the same and blood or lo group is A+

Dear XXXXXXX hi! welcome to HCM. hair fall at 31 years, most commonly is due to hypothyroidism. so first thing is please check your thyroid balace, TSH and FT4 along with one CBC.
secondly , hair fall in males can be due to familial baldness. so is your father or grand father having baldness ? is hair fall having a particular pattern? eg front baldness? that is usually familial, male pattern. regards!
