Brief Answer:
Hair

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.

Most of the time in pediatrics, this is caused by a harmless virus. The virus resolves but the hair loss continues. Ultimately, however, the hair loss problem resolves as well. This could take weeks to months.
Sometimes, this can be due to a vitamin deficiency. This is very unusual, but it is possible.

I recommend discussing this with your doctor. The most likely course of action is to wait and observe. If it doesn't seem to be resolving, vitamin deficiency should be looked into.
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
