Question: i got my thyroid checked just 2days before periods on 17th aug and it was tsh 7.5.
since past 2months i hab heavy hair fall nd periods were delayed too..i had candidiasis in pubic area.i gab gained weight of 5kg in a yr post marriage last yr.my face got heavier and is swollen from one side in morning.i feel very less energy in body and forge things too.i again got it checked on a week later after my periods stopped and tsh now was 3.8. woth t3 ,t4 as well in range
again got it checked a week later tsh was 3.8 so do i hav thyroid???

Dear XXXX, Hi! welcome to HCM. your one report is suggestive of hypothyroidism, rest two are not. But you are symptomatic, so I would suggest you recheck your TSH, FT4, TPO, TMA, and let me know. At the same time, you have swelling over face, so you must check your total proteins, albumin, and kidney functions, also urine proteins.
