Once thyroid function is normal, the hair loss may not be related to hypothyroidism. You should look for other causes like vitamin D deficiency, calcium deficiency, mineral deficiencies, androgen excess, auto immune causes, local skin problems like dandruff, etc
I think a good dermatologist can help you with evaluation and treatment.
