                                            Question : My babies are twuns and 7 weeks old.......
They have a unique way of shaking hands while crying and they move their hands a lot..
They fold their fingers and move theor wrist horizontally....
is it normal

If they are doing that particular kind of movement only during crying, it is normal. No need to worry.
But if they do so even when not crying, it needs evaluation.
Generally all babies move their hands and shake while crying.
If they are crying too frequently especially while passing urine, you need to get urine tested for infection.
If urinary tract infection is confirmed by urine examination and culture, your doctor will prescribe appropriate antibiotics based on the reports.
