Brief Answer:
not likely cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This is not something that indicates malignant disease at this point and cancer is not first thing to think of. Such symptoms are nonspecific and in majority of cases it can be seen in healthy person or be sign of some inflammatory process in your body including respiratory infections, urinary infections or any other systemic infection, present or previous. Hematologic disorders are less common and these include benign and malignant. 1cm larger spleen is not something significant especially if white blood count and red blood count are fine, this is just slight enlargement which can be caused by fatty liver or recent infection as well. So at this point, I dont see reason to worry. I suggest to repeat ultrasound in 1 month with blood picture and see dynamics of these changes. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards

Brief Answer:
not likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I dont think there is a relation. These symptoms may be sign of anxiety, but of course some medical pathology must be always ruled out. I dont think that spleen is related to your symptoms since this is very minor enlargement and it should not lead to any symptoms. Your stool changes may be related to fatty liver or certain type of diet. I dont see some worrying signs in your case but you should wait and see will symptom worsen over the time.

hi

Detailed Answer:
Yes, I understand your symptoms, but still I dont see some specific possible diseases in your age. I would not hurry with unnecessary tests, but if weight loss continues then you should do gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Tingling is in most cases temporary and not serious, but sometimes it may be sign of diabetes or vitamin defficiency. So check your blood sugar first and consider B12 vitamin supplements. Wish you good health. Regards
