What Causes Hard Lesions On Shoulder Area?

Question: I have a growths on my shoulder and the side of my head that have been there for 6-8 months. They are very slow growing and quite hard. One is 1/2 in. in diameter and one a little smaller. How do I determine if they are cancer.

a photo of the lesions will help me in diagnosis.
a simple test called FNAC will tell the diagnosis.
to know the exact diagnosis and subtyping of tumor we may need a biopsy. to find out the stage of disease we need to do further tests and scans like CT or PET scan.
