I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It is likely to be ganglion of tendon sheath. Its treatment is operative removal and biopsy ( excisional biopsy). Analgesic such as ibuprofen are useful in pain relief. You can get it's x ray to exclude bony lesion. It is not related to uric acid, alcohol and whey protein. You may consult hand surgeon or Orthopedician of your area for its operation. You can discuss with your doctor about it.
