Question : If I insert a finger into my vagina I can feel a hard lump smaller that a pea that is underneath the skin on the back vaginal wall. What could this be?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This small structure is most probably a retention cyst of the small glands which is just like a pimple on our face.
It will resolve by itself but in case it increases in size or becomes exquisitely painful then visit a gynecologist as it can be Gartner's cyst which might need a course of antibiotic and an antiinflammatory drug.
