Question : I have stopped-up ears (like when you go swimming). I use a BiPAP machine when I sleep and it makes my head congested.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily or use BiPAP at slightly high humidifier level ,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
use head band in comfortable position , not too tight or loose .
