Question : six months ago my wife experienced a 'DEAD FALL' to the pavement, slipping on a crumbled sidewalk
curb. Fell on right side, no head contact. could not move, was expertly lifted by three male passer byes.
Felt fine, and refused hospital visit, and friend drove he home. Oncoming extreme pain, took her to
hospital, full exam, x-rays, cat scan - showed no broken bones or other visible problems. Given opiotepain killer, informed could take many months to heal. Has experienced multiple body pains all over body, now
easing to right side extreme pain of shoulder, collar bone, arm -- probabale impact areas. 79 age.

Hello. She requires evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the query.
So with a history of generalized body pains, loss of weight and appetite she requires evaluation for:
Vitamin D deficiency
Osteoporosis and osteopenia
Any occult malignancy
Thyroid disorders
She needs vit D levels, dexa scan, tumor markers like ca 19.9, cea, thyroid function test and a petct if required.
Discuss these issues with your doctor. I think we will be able to diagnose her problem.
Thanks and regards
