I have been to my GP today and she told me that I am very tender in the Inguinal Canal Tendon area in the groin area. Can you tell me what this is and what I can do to stop the pain.
Are either of these conditions serious?
I am a bit worried that the lumps on my head could be some more skin cancers, I had a wart removed 6 months ago from my arm which was a slow moving cancer.

I read your question carefully and I also viewed your photo.
That lump may indeed be wart (although complete evaluation would include physical inspection as well). However warts are not cancer, a cancer is a malignant tumor, with malignant cells multiplying rapidly and spreading in other sites as well. Meanwhile warts usually result from the overproduction of a substance called keratin, they are benign growths not malignant ones. Usually they are caused by a virus, so it is due to passing the virus that they can be spread to other people and sites. They may clear up without treatment, or with the help of creams containing salicylic acid. Cryotherapy, laser therapy or surgical removal may be done at times when it persists.
Another possibility for that lump is a skin tag (acrochordons) which look very similar but usually form in areas where skin rubs against skin or clothing, so less likely (and completely harmless anyway).
One thing is for sure, that growth is not responsible for your headache, they usually do not cause any pain. They are no related to that inguinal tendon either, they are two unrelated issues, neither is serious. As for what to do to stop the pain the more proper pain killer would be an anti-inflammatory pain killer such as Ibuprofen (both for the headache as well as the tendon strain) and some rest is recommended for the tendon issue.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
Thanks again.
