Brief Answer:
Lower tummy pain unlikely to be GERD or Ulcer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query here on HealthcareMagic.

The lower tummy pain does not seem to be related to any of the medicines or even of the stomach issues.

The pain from GERD or ulcer will be located around the umbilicus and above it, not the lower abdomen.

It is imperative that you get examined well by a general surgeon.

The likely cause in your case could be an infection in the urinary bladder.

Have you got your prostate examined to see if it is enlarged, prostate enlargement increases the risk of developing urinary tract infections.

Get a urine routine and microscopy done and also get a urine culture and sensitivity test done to fine out if there is infection.

Also get an ultrasound exam to find out if the prostate is enlarged.

If it is not urinary tract infection, then it is most likely colitis, which can be confirmed by endoscopy (colonoscopy) and biopsy.

Colitis needs to be managed differently and your Gastroenterologist will be quite capable of treating the condition.

I hope this answers your queries for now, please write back to me if you have any doubts.

Wishing you good health.

Best regards
