Looking at your description this light headache and eye problem might be related to variations in Blood pressure. However I will need more information for better assessment of teg condition

What all medicines he is taking?
Please upload me the cholesterol and blood sugar reports
His weight height and built?
Does he drink?
does he have family history of high blood pressure or heart disease
During which time of the day he feels such symptoms either in morning after getting up or in evening ?

I would advise you to get recording of blood pressure during the episode and upload me the recording.
Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Low salt or fat diet
exercise regularly as much as he can comfortably do?
Ask him to avoid excess stress and anxiety by doing yoga, meditation and relaxation exercise

Hi Sir,

His height =5'9 weight=87 kgs,

Occasionally he used to drink (twice or thrice in a Month) but he left completely from 4 Months,

His Mother and Father both are having High BP, and they are diabetic,

Sometime he feels little tired or head ache in early morning ,but most of the time 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm before lunch time, but when we admitted to hospital that day he had severe head ache and leg numbness in the evening his BP was around 210/100(took 2 days to come normal).

He was doing treadmill from a year now every alternative day,he is doing yoga in the morning and goes swimming once in week (started from 1 month).

but once in while he gets that eye blurriness and light head ache in the afternoon ,makes him helpless

initially Doctor prescribed him telsartan 40-5 morning, bestor FN night

later again when complained about that blurriness head ache ,he added one more tablet Moxocard in morining along with previous pills

He also gone through treadmill and heart scan ,those came normal

He some time complained back pain along with right leg pain, orthopedics told some disc alignment minor problem,is that causing above problem??

during this eye blurriness and light head ache his BP was around 150/90 or 170/90 ,not sure it is on doctor report.

There is no option of upload reports ,I will try in the next

Please give us some direction ,which type of treatment need to start ,cant see his depressed face due to this problem

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for all the details
Since He is bit overweight and having risk factors for heart disease or high blood pressure, his blood pressure is not under control with medicines he is taking presently

In my opinion his treatment has to be reviewed for better control of blood pressure, diuretic group of medicine like indepamide or chlorthiazide can be added to his treatment.
He should remain cheerful and happy and try to reduce his weigh as much he can do

I would advise him to take whole grain foods, sprouts, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
He should eat at regular intervals in small quantities.
He should completely stop alcohol and junk food.
He need to do more exercise which will definitely improve his well being.

Back pain might be related to age related to disc changes or bad posture and gait
He should sleep on hard bed
Ask him to avoid lifting any kind of weight, avoid sudden bending forward
Stretching exercises will definitely help him.
Physiotherapy and SWD radiation therapy will definitely help him

Hope this answers your question
please do let me.know if you want to discuss further
Best wishes

Hi Sir,

I just wanted to ask u one more question, he is still 32 and he is taking many pills at this early age he is become little worried and demotivated from his regular work.
He is trying hard to adopt healthy life style(to omit few tablets such as cholesterol) but due to the occurance of same symptoms once in a while made him really depressed

Often even I heard variations in BP some time due to some problem in the body ,because of his young age make us think very negative

He need to take these tablets till life time or does it a temporary solution??

we are not supposed to skip these BP tablets with out the Doctor guidelines??

This thing has strucked us a big thunder, and we are really feeling difficult to handle and cope up.

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXX XXXXXXX
Welcome again and thanks for your question
He should not skip any medicine without consulting doctor
Since he is very young for all these drugs so in my opinion if he adopts healthy life stye than there good chances that number of drugs and it's doses can be reduced.

So first and foremost is to avoid excess stress and anxiety, that he can do by doing yoga, meditation or relaxation exercises about which his doctor knows.
he should exercise regularly as much he can do and try to reduce body weight by dietary restrictions and regular physical exercise.
He should avoid fatty fried and junk food
Low salt and low fat diet is advisable
He should try to avoid sweets, sugar and salted food.
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking is required
Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables with dietary fiber supplements
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
