What Causes Headache And Body Pain Post Head Injury?

Question: Hello Doctor,
Two months before, my wife hit her head on the wall. As there was no pain earlier, we didnt consult a doctor. But now after 2 months she is suffering from acute head ache frequently and sometimes heavy body pain.. She's working in a different location away from me...Please let me know what could be the reason....what she needs to do immediately...

I really appreciate your concern for your wife.
Here I would like further information for better assessment like
Any associated symptoms if she is having like dizziness, vision problems?
Had she lost consciousness during that injury when she hit her head in wall?
is it a constant headache or it variable?
any aggravating or relieving factor?

I would advise her to see a doctor for physical examination, eye testing for refractory error, ear examination along with blood tests like Hemoglobin, CBC and blood sugar Test or CT scan if need be.

Meanwhile you can ask her to take acetaminophen for instant pain relief.
