In old age with history of diabetes every vertigo needs to be evaluated for posterior circulation stroke.
I need to know following :
1. Any double vision?
2. Any vomitings?
3. Any dysphagia?
4. Any discharge from Ear?
5. Any cervical issues?
6. Is is continuous or intermittent?
7. Your Current BP, Pulse Rate, blood sugar?
