Question : Hi,
I had just gotten a chemical peel today (TCA 20%). Its been about three hours and I've started to get a slight headache, lightheadedness and nausea. I was hoping you could help me, are these side effects normal? Should i seek help?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
At cetain degree it is normal and may be reaction to substance. YOu should rest,take standard antiemetic and eat easier food in next 24 hours. Some more significant symptoms such as breathning diffculties or rash ay be sign of allergic reaction and you should go to ER in this case. Also,if symptoms worsen you should see doctor too,but it is expected that it will improve in short time.
