Question : What over the counter med works for popping in ears when swallowing, head ache and ear to throat discomfort. rubbing behind ear and along jaw isnt relievingsus discomfort anymore. Symtoms started with not being able to talk but just within a 2 or 3 note range, that was 1 1/2 wks ago.

You should take a combination of levocetrizine plus pseudoephedrine twice daily for a week and xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day.
Take steam inhalation and chew a gum. This will help to decongest and relieve the symptoms.
Please tell me do you have any sore throat too?
