Question : I have been having headaches : across forehead - left side of forehead above eye and behind eyes - between nose ...since I had a severe cold that lasted over two weeks and I went on Flonase.

You are having acute sinusitis. Get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done.
Take tablet cefixime 200 twice daily and tablet levocetrizine plus phenyepherine twice daily for a week. Continue with fluticasone nasal spray twice daily.
Take paracetamol for pain relief and fever if any.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the x-ray report so that I can suggest you better.
