Question : hi i slipped on ice early this morning and landed on my back . my upper back and shoulders are hurting and arm mobility hurts me as well. My head though hurts really bad what should i do? should i go to the hospital ,

Thanks for your query.

From the description it seems to be soft tissue injury . I advice you to go for an xray to rule out any bony injury. Meanwhile give rest to the part affected ,take antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation.
