Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Headache and swelling in face at age of 64 needs to be correlated clinically as it could be due to many reasons. With the current weather, sinusitis, congested sinuses and recent cold and flu history can cause headache. There is a long list of possibilities of headache. It could be migraine, tension type headache or headache due to visual acuity problems common in old age. Swelling in face needs to be examined and correlated clinically for local and systemic causes like low thyroid hormones, poor functioning kidneys etc. You need to visit a doctor and let them examine you and assess you accordingly. Till then use tylenol and rest for a while and see if it helps.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
