                                    Brief Answer:
Plan B is not the reason
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about plan B.
The purpose of plan B tablets is to provide emergency contraceptive cover. It has done it's job. You got periods means you are not pregnant.
Headache and white discharge are unrelated to plan B taken before15 days.
The reason for headache appears to be stress, lack of sleep etc .. and not plan B.
Let me know if you need any more clarification.
Regards

Please do home pregnancy test now
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You said you spotted lightly. That was your period. Such light periods are expected after plan B.
If you think you are pregnant, please do a home pregnancy test and let me know the result immediately.
