Thank you for the query.

This could be due to viral infection. Most of time it subsides on its own.
What best we can do is take symptomatic treatment like Tab Dolo 650mg twice daily for headache one in morning, one during night. and Tab cetrizine 5mg during night for congestion.
I'm sure you will be fine in 2-3 days.
