Question : I woke up this morning with a headache, a little light headed and a lack of energy. Also, I have experienced diahrea only today. It is 11:00 am, and the symptom have remained in place!I have also felt some chills

Welcome to HCM.
From the history you have given it seems to be you are having an acute gastroenteritis..probably your other complaints are due to dehydration.
I shall advise you to take-
ORS,oofloxacin and ornidazole as antibiotics.Paracitamol for fever.
bifilac as probiotic.
lomofen to decrease the bouts of defecation.
your doctor will know the doses.
also take good quality water.
