Brief Answer:
A medical evaluation may be necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

If is the first time that you experience such symptoms, an evaluation by your Doctor is necessary first in order to exclude potential conditions such subarachnoidal hemorrhage etc.

If you suffer from migraines and experienced these issues before, besides Excedrin you may use ibuprofen to ease your headaches.

Blood pressure also is necessary to be measured, because abrupt increases of blood pressure may cause similar symptoms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.
