What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Anxiety And Heart Palpitations?

Question: Hi,I was having headache with dizzyness and anxiety with palpitations.Hence,I went to the doctor today and he said my BP was 134/88.He prescribed anti anxiety medication and anti hyper tension medication.
I am 38 years old and I am really getting worried about the elevated high bp.Should i really start taking bp medicine or can control with life style changes?
Is there anything I can do to make me feel better.

the ekg was normal by the way.he ordered for couple of blood tests for thyroid,lipid profile

I don't smoke or drink.
Yes, I don't do exercise daily.
I consume salty food.
May be as you suggested, I should follow the guidelines to make life style changes.
