Brief Answer:
Get a complete health check.

Detailed Answer:

Hello Dear,

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

You have not given many details about your symptoms. The symptoms mentioned by you do not point towards any specific system. I am inclined to think that they may be arising out of your anxiety towards your health.

However i suggest that you have a complete check up which should include beside all routine tests a chest xray, a spirometry a UGIE and a MRI brain. These may help in arriving at a diagnosis.

Try not to be overanxious and try to relax. Eat healthy, continue your physical exercise and get adequate sleep.

Take care.
