Question : My head hurts, I get these crazy hot and cold flashes, I use the bathroom quite a bit I don't drink much, my knees, mid and low back, shoulders and neck hurts. At first it was my right hand and arm gets numb and tingling and now its going to my lelf. It takes me a while to go to sleep at night. My thyroid doctor says it's not my thyroid that's messing with me.

                                    Brief Answer:
Need to rule out cervical spine disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam
Considering the symptoms referee mainly to the cervical area, it's advisable to evaluate for the Spine compression through an MRI Spine.
Deposit shots usually are not associated with symptoms you described.
Cervical spine disease is usually associated with numbness and tingling sensation.
Further management if any is largely based on test reports.
Meanwhile, I advise oral pills of MATILDA ER one pill once a day for 3 months to prevent any imminent nerve damage.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
