Question : headaches in morning
Brief Answer:
Migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
I recommend that you take Tab Tylenol 500 for the headache. However I need more information regarding your headache in order to come to a better conclusion
1. Is the headache present every morning? How long since its been coming on a daily basis?
2 . Is it associated with blurring or vision and vomiting?
3. Where is the pain? Front, side or back?
4. Please mention the medications you are taking ( if any)?
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Hello
Thanks for the query
Occasional headaches especially on the left or right side of the head is normal. If the headaches are present more than 3 times a week for a month then you should be on prophylactic medications like Tab Betaloc or Tab Sibelium, which has to be taken daily for 2 months.
Here are my suggestions to you
1. Tab Naproxen 250 is a very effective drug for the headache if the headache is very bad, for mild headaches tab tylenol is sufficient
2. It is important that you sleep well, atleast for 6 to 8 hours a day. Most common cause for headaches is insufficient sleep
3. Eat regularly, avoid skipping meals.
4. Exercise daily for atleast 30 min a day
5. Drink plenty of water
6. Get to know yourself, every individuals have headache triggering factors like hypoglycemia, hunger, strong lights, loud music, smell, etc. Find out what triggers your headaches usually
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
I wish you good health and a speedy recovery
