Brief Answer:
This sounds like prolonged migraine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I will be able to help you.

This sounds like a prolonged episode of migraine.
An episode of migraine can last for 48 to 72 hours.
There fore I feel there is a possibility that the headache is prolonged.

I therefore suggest that you take a combination like Pantoprazole with Domperidom followed by a pain killer like ketorolac. This combnation usually helps relieve the headache, if you manage to sleep for sometime after taking the medicines.

Injectible medicines may be needed if this doesnt help.

If the headache is different from your regulr headaches (except for duration), a neuroradioimaging like cat scan or mri of the brain will be needed.

I hope that the information helps you.
Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal
