Question : I HAVE PURE YELLOW URINE,COULD IT BE AS A RESULTS OF THE MULTIVITAMIN CAPSULE THAT AM TAKING.

WHAT CAN I TAKE FOR HEADACHE, MUSCLE AND JOINT PAINS AND GENERAL WEAKNESS.

Yellow urine and mild fruity odor of the urine is because of the multivitamins, do not worry about it.

tab aceclofenac is the ideal tablet prescribed for headache and generalised myalgia. You can take twice daily after food for not more than 3 days, if the headache persists even after taking the tablet then please get evaluated for the same by a general practitioner
