Brief Answer:
CAN BE SINUS INFECTION

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

From your symptoms it is possible that you have sinus infection. It produces headache, nose block, sinus pressure, fever and post nasal drip.

In some types of migraine also patients feel sinus pressure.

Do not worry about cancer. It is very unlikely that you have it. Moreover all your investigations are normal.

You can take a pain killer like Tylenol for the pain after checking your dose.

If your symptoms persist then see a doctor to rule out sinus infection.

Till then do some steam inhalation 4 times per day with plain water.

Avoid air conditioning and fan.

drink plenty of fluids and get adequate rest.

feel free to follow up,

I had o polyp and a deviated septum, that was found 4 years ago, I didn't want to get the surgery because I didn't want to be put under anesthesia, and want my nose broken. Could a nasal polyp cause this?

Brief Answer:
polyp can cause it

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Large Polyp or multiple polyps can cause nose block, stuffiness, sinus headaches.

But If you have been asymptomatic for the past 4 years then it is unlikely to be polyp.

better to see an ENT specialist to rule out polyp.
