I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the effects following an abortion.
For your kind information possible side effects are abdominal pain and cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and spotting and bleeding.

I personally advise that there is no need to worry if your symptoms are subsiding just take the combination of aceclofenac sodium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase instead of only paracetamol and also go for the routine hematological examination to rule out anemia and infection.
