Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Pulse / Heart rate can vary depending upon age, medication use such as beta blockers or beta agonists, resting or exertion, lifestyle, stress level etc. The blood pressure is high and needs to be rechecked to look for persistent elevation. If the BP remains high then 24 hour ambulatory BP monitoring can be offered if you are already not taking any antihypertensive medication. If you are on medication then the dose can be adjusted accordingly. Asymptomatic bradycardia (low heart rate) would require no intervention. However , low heart rate with dizziness, shortness of breath, confusion or chest pain should be worked up. An EKG should be done to rule out any rhythm abnormality, in consultation with your doctor.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
