Brief Answer:

Seems like a cough headache. see details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your history, it seems to be a cough headache.

Can you please let me know whether this is associated with dizziness or fainting. if not then not to worry much about that.

A cough headache generally triggers by sneezing, coughing, laughing.

Generally, they are harmless and subside automatically. For that, you have to take prevention like avoid allergens, common infections, stressful daily activity.

If it's associated with fainting, dizziness, unsteadiness, then please get an MRI brain done to rule out other possible conditions.

If Tylenol is not effective, then you can take tab. Naproxen. I'd suggest you please follow up with a detailed history.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
