Brief Answer:
Its definitely too high, discuss with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I would like to answer your query.

Looking at these values, I would say your hypertension readings are really high - Stage II hypertension.
If it crosses 120 (diastolic or the denominator), it will be diagnosed as malignant hypertension with a risk of aneurysm rupture or blood vessel rupture. At present also there is possible risk of vessel wall damages and it further increases when it crosses more than 120 diastolic and you would need to go to Emergency (ER) to get it under control.
At present i am not worried about the systolic (numerator or upper no.), and I am definitely worried about the diastolic.

Continue with treatment and watch out for blood pressure. Do not miss the dose. If possible discuss with your doctor, about increasing the dose or adding another drug to reduce.

Your target should be atleast less than 100 diastolic for time being and slowly further to less than 90

Any further queries, happy to help you again.
