What Causes Headache,blocked Nose And Blood In Nasal Discharge?
Question: I'm having real bad headache and my nose stays stop up and when I blow my nose blood and little piece of meat comes out and I stays fatigue all the time all I want to do is sleep and than I sweat real bad I will be right under air condition and still sweat so bad and my bed and clothes be soak I went to the doctor 4 weeks ago and they told me I was having sinusitis I took all of medicine and I'm still having the problems the headache is so severe that it makes my head real soar and when Im riding and hit bumps it makes my head hurt can't sleep when tmy head hurt stay up all night plus it makes my pressure goes really high

Thanks for the query and an elucidate history.
IT is so classical about sinusitis as you have already mentioned.
You need to undergo a strategic course of action which helps all my patients. You have to follow as it is. Sinusitis is a disease which many times cripples the patient by all means.
*First of all you have to visit an ENT Surgeon.
Get thorough clinical and endoscopic examination too valuate the stage of the disease, to see and/ or rule out associated medical problems, to decide the causative factors like a caries/ mass in nose or so.
He would advise you further tests of blood, urine and may collect a sample from the nose for gram staining, culture and sensitivity.
* Ct scan of the brain and Sinuses (PNS as we call). This is the only investigations which will give the real insight about all the sinuses. This will also guide for the future course of treatment, probable outcome and so on.
Review CT Scan after three weeks will help to get the results and decide further.
*Proper antibiotic cover under the guidance of an ENT surgeon as he knows what is the best for your condition. You have to continue also the supportive treatment in the form of an anti-inflammatory antihistamine , decongestant nasal drops, steam inhalations and so on.
*Regular follow-up, Surgery if thought necessary, a bed rest till you feel alright, the headache and sweating are controlled are additional requirements.
I have tried to lay down a path, this will help to get a ''cure''. What you need is a cure and not a temporary relief..

I have a lump on my a size of a quarter iy seem like its getting bigger but it doesn't hurt at all and when u touch it it feels like a balloon .plus I have gasteropsis and I can't keep nothing down but I'm not loosing weight at all and I'm over weighted I'm not sure why I'm not loosing weight and I don't keep much down .my gastro doctor want to do a botux injection in my intestines have you ever heard of that? thank you

There has to be reason. Some are like diabetes, thyroid underfunction. These are one of most common reasons for obesity.
Have you been investigated for all the reasons?
You are already under the care of the Gastro Doctor.I have not heard of botox in intestine.. It is possible that he is giving in the pylorus region to so that the gastric emptying is facilitated.

A lump on the shoulder, not painful to touch and feeling like a balloon can be a lipoma as the most common cause. This can be a sebaceous cyst. This is not the site for a lymph node.
