Brief Answer:
Need to rule out eye disorders before making migraine a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

Occasionally intense headache can be related to migraine process if associated with visual disturbances.

Migraine can be a possibility if associated with visual disturbances like eye strain, excess watering and coloured halos around light.

You need to take a complete visual examination before coining it as migraine.

For this you require a fundoscopy, and snellen chart examination.

You can think of possible migraine only if these eye findings are normal.

Consultation with a Neurologist will help you.

Drugs like Beta blockers and Triptans will help to control the migraine if any.

Thank you.
